Oh the morning commute, how do I love thee!! Shall I compare you to a day when I was in my twenties. When the only care in the world I had was me, myself and I. Accompanied by a warm cup of coffee with a meadley of tunes and talk and best of all…ALL BY MYSELF!! Yes, my brain is always filled with thoughts of my children but some moments, with the sunroof open and Sublime blasting, I get a flashback to the thinner, blonder, wilder girl I used to be. I swear the morning commute is filled with Ah-ha moments, solutions and lots of exhaling.

I’ve read tons about the Richard Simmons podcast. Seriously intrigued by the whole thing and need to give the podcast a listen. I love Gretchen Rubin’s Happiness Project podcast. It is so inspiring. I’ve loved Serial. Also, check out You Must Remember This. I listen to it while I walk on the treadmill at the gym.
