I have been toying with the idea of entering my work dessert contest at our holiday party this year. The problem is….I don’t bake!! I can follow exact instructions and always try very hard to not mix up baking soda and baking powder; but mostly get well-intentioned messes. Like the year I tried to make Christmas cookies for Derek’s teachers, the mailman and others…..oops I forgot the sugar!!!

This year I am TRYING!!!! I am not a moron, I went to college, I hold down a job, I gave birth to two children….how much harder can baking be???
