Hannukah and Christmas have come and gone and we have so many more toys yet no more space!!! Operation Renovate Playroom began on December 26th. While Rob is busy ripping down old paneling and putting up new wainscotting I am here, on call and ready to hold things and get things. In the meantime I am Pinning for the Playroom. I have found so many amazing things that I can’t wait to do
Using wrapping paper to back the bookcases and add color. I think I will do it in rainbow
A drip pan magnet board
Buying wood picture frames and painting them with Derek to put the kids pictures on the wall
Rain Gutter Book Shelves (I might need to do these in the kids rooms too!!)
I love this sign for the wall
Ok now it’s time to stop pinning and writing about it and get to work!!!

Hi Sarah,
I stumbled upon your blog and realized we all had met last weekend. I have to admit our street has been much safer after Derek valiantly chased away all the "bad guys" 🙂 Well I thought I would say hi abd since we are also going to undertake a playroom renovation, this was helpful for ideas!
Tom
Hi Tom!! What a small world!! Right after he secured your street he fell, scraped his elbow and transformed from Superhero back to 3 1/2 year old and we strolled back home. The playroom renovation is slow but I think a bunch more progress will be made this next week with new windows and moldings! If it's nice out one day we should have a Tinkerbell and Superman playdate, we don't know many kids in the neighborhood and Derek is always ready to play!!
Thanks for saying hi!!!!

Sounds great Sarah. That would be fun! Sorry to hear about the mishap later. My email is on my profile if you want to keep in touch!
