Derek had his first school trip. How exciting, for both of us!! I took the day off work and Derek sported his tie-dye that the teachers made for all the kids. We embarked on his first ever school bus ride and off we went to the Please Touch Museum! We hadn’t been there since Derek was just about 1 and now he was about to turn 4.
I remembered the Please Touch Museum as cute but I hadn’t realized how many areas we didn’t get to with a 1 year old. WOW!!! This place is amazing!!!
We started out on the carousel, who doesn’t like a carousel ride, seriously!! This is a century old 1908 refurbished gorgeous carousel! I was in awe of my big boy up on the carousel so happy and cheering for his horse!
Then we headed over to the River Adventures exhibit. I ended up begging Derek to leave so he could check out the rest of the place. I don’t know what it is about water but my kids could play with and in it for hours!!!
We then went food shopping. Derek and I thought of different things we would like to eat. He picked out what his sister would like and we shopped. We bought bread, fish, veggies and snacks. We checked out at the register where Derek rang me up. When we were all done Derek put back all his groceries and was given a sticker for doing so.
They have the most adorable baby clinic there. Derek and his friend Bella played doctor, took babies temperatures, gave shots, listened to their heartbeats and even performed a cat-scan!!!!
There were so many other amazing things to do at Please Touch Museum like the Alice in Wonderland Maze, the train exhibit where Derek and Bella changed the arrival and departure times and sold tickets. We had a WONDERFUL day!!! Please touch museum brings a great venue for imaginative play!!
I am giving away 4 tickets to Please Touch Museum!!!! Please enter for your chance to win, the winner will be announced on Saturday!!
