Last night after food shopping I made up little lunch bags for the weeks and put them in my fridge. I find this helps me grab the right kind of food and snacks while rushing off to work!!
I love 3 hard-boiled egg whites and 2 slices of turkey bacon for a good breakfast with protein!

I definitely could use a little motivation these days especially on a Monday. I’m glad I packed a healthy salad today. I’m so hungry that I probably would have gotten something bad……and yummy for lunch. I really do need to prepare my snacks better
I find doing it in advance helps so much!! I bring lots of options so that I stay away from the snack machine!
