Oh what fun it is to craft on a cold and rainy winter day!!! My kids love to craft, they call whatever they are doing an “art project.” Well today what a fun surprise they had when they realized the MudPuppy Make-A-Masks I took out for them to play with included their two favorite activities: art and dress up!
The Derek and Hayley both really enjoyed decorating their mask. I loved watching how serious Derek became about “designing” his mask
Hayley kept roaring like a lion while creating her jungle mask and I have to tell you that HOURS later, the kids wore their masks to dinner!

Lucy’s favorite art project is painting anything. She’s so into water colors it’s ridiculous lol. She actually painted masks out of paper plates last week so I think she would really enjoy these!
Oh how fun! They did a great job on their masks! Princess Nagger’s favorite art project is drawing, coloring, or making dragons and dinosaurs out of sculpey. 🙂
Oh, and I do like Galison/Mudpuppy on Facebook and Finnegan & The Hughes on Facebook. 😀
my kid love anything that has glitter glue LOL
Right now Lilly’s favorite art project is stickers. I have to peel each sticker off and hand it to her, then she sticks it on the paper…or her shirt, or her shoes, or her eyelids, or my face. I liked MudPuppy on FB, and of course, I already like F&TH!
The masks look really cute! Are they sold in stores?
Oh those masks would make my sons’ day! They love anything that has to do with coloring and have recently begun playing superhero’s so mask making is a great idea!
Annelise loves to color and masks are her current favorite because she can wear them. Or rather – she likes to put them on Mommy and laugh at me. Lol
I have two budding artists: they love anything with stickers and making doll houses from cardboard boxes!! These masks are ADORABLE! I think they would be a perfect quiet activity on a sick day or pool side in the summer or on a long car ride!
Love it! It makes me so happy when I see all four kids around the table drawing, coloring and creating alongside each other. It’s a great thing to encourage.
My daughter loves any art projects that result in something she can wear – jewelry, clothing, tiara – you name it!
I like you both on FB!
My kids love paint and play dough!
The masks are a fun craft! My kids would add tons of glitter and sequins. anything sparkly.
SO cute! they looked like they had a blast!
What a cute idea. I’ll have to try making a mask with my daughter.

My kids favorite art projects are anything with play-doh and making homemade cards for relatives!
I’m a FB liker!
Playdoh creations, painting anything with any type of paint or drawing with markers on large sheets of paper. We have a hallway closet dedicated to art supplies and games!
My kids love painting. I hesitate with it – because of the impending mess – but they love it so I try to give in as much as possible!
And these masks are adorable!
I am the same way about painting. I like to let them do it in warmer months so they can do it on the back deck and then get hosed down!!
