I have been an executive in the fashion industry for over 15 years and love apparel, but I always wanted to do something more, something that matters. One evening a friend shared a video with me about child trafficking and I was so moved by the stories of these children that I wanted to learn more about the issue and how I could help. I traveled with a team of experts to 3 countries in Southeast Asia and met with children who had been rescued from slavery. I knew if this was my child, I would do everything in my power to rescue them. But the problem was, I am not an expert in rescuing children from exploitation, and the experts out there need more help financially to be able to do their jobs more effectively. I believe in using what you know to make a difference. Since I know the fashion world, I thought “perfect!” I can use that to make a difference. So I founded Laugh with the lofty goal of using a for-profit company to help other non-profit organizations make a lasting difference in the lives of kids all over the world. 
LAUGH: A New Concept in Children’s Apparel
Laugh, which stands for “Love Abundantly, Unconditionally Giving Help,” was founded with a passionate spirit and tremendous vision: To develop the world’s best designer kid’s apparel while giving 30% of our profits to fight the exploitation of children. As chic as we are compassionate, Laugh is doing something revolutionary in children’s clothing.
A vision from a fashion industry veteran, Laugh was conceived as an alternative to the overpriced and bland children’s apparel available today. All of the graphic artwork on our tops is hand drawn by local artists and uses the softest, most premium cotton blends available in the market. By truly competing with the top designers in the world, Laugh is changing the way children’s apparel is being manufactured and sold.
But Laugh is so much more than just amazing clothes, we are apparel with a purpose. For every item sold, we give 30% of our profits to fight the exploitation of children. At the core of our company is a passionate desire to help children. We believe that no child should live in fear of slavery and abuse. We partner with many organizations on the front lines fighting child trafficking and exploitation.
