Hayley LOVES dolls. She call them her babes. Not babies, not dollies but babes. I laugh inside every time I hear her say things like “Mommy, can I bring my babes to Derek’s baseball game” Recently she has seen some larger dolls and asked if she could get some “girls” I think she thinks of larger dolls as bigger kids. Well who am I to tell her otherwise?
I have seen Our Generation Dolls before in Target but never in person. When our doll, Juliet, arrived I was so excited because the packaging alone just shouts girly! It’s pink, Hayley’s favorite color, and Juliet came with so many fun items to play with!
Juliet came with the following items
- 1 18″ Poseable doll
- 1 cheerleading dress
- 1 pair of pink underpants
- 1 pair of white socks
- 2 hair bows
- 2 pairs of shoes
- 1 jacket
- 1 set of pom poms
- 1 pair of eye glasses
- 1 banner
- 1 whistle
- 1 story book “The Jumpstart Squad”
- 1 bookmark
Juliet is very well made. She is pose-able, easy to move around and has a soft body so she can be cuddled. Juliet’s hair is pulled back into two neat pigtails and is the perfect texture for kids to brush. She is adorably lifelike and will be joining Hayley in the stands cheering at her brother’s baseball games. We had so much fun posing her for some photos!
We also got to check out this great travel bag Going Our Way by Our Generation. Juliet fit perfectly into the bag. We put in all the accessories that Juliet came with, zipped it up and it’s ready to bring for a visit to Grandma and Grandpas house!! The Going Our Way bag has straps on the back so Hayley was able to easily wear the bag with Juliet in it. Inside the bag are pouches, slots and spaces for everything to stay organized.
