Friday Fresh Picks: Statement Pieces

Hello Friday!!  It’s been a week filled with bronchitis, sinusitis and lots of reruns of Sex in The City.  Hayley even walked in on an episode and said “Momma, that lady looks like you” well, obviously my dear sweet baby girl thinks her momma is as stunning as Carrie Bradshaw.  Mind you, at that moment I was in an old white tank top and pajama pants with a big wild bun on top of my head but hey…from my baby, I’ll take it!!  Carrie Bradshaw is a stylish and beautiful woman about town and boring old momma that has been sick all week could use some Carrie Bradshaw in her life at the moment (well when I stop coughing!)

This week I thought my picks should be fitting of my week.  Everything I found online while I was sick on the couch and binge-watching Sex in The City.  I have been obsessing over statement pieces lately.  Now, you might think of jewelry when I say statement pieces but no, I mean things that make a statement, that say something to make me think or laugh or sing!
